The workshop No. 4:
"THE EU COMPETITION LAW"
will be held on
26th November 2008 (Wednesday), 6.30 p.m,
308 Lecture Hall ("Senacka"), THE OLD LIBRARY BUILDING ("Stary BUW").
Our guest will be DR MARTA SENDROWICZ from Allen & Overy,
who will guide us through the meanders of the EU competition law.
We will analyse the case of ICI Polska sp. z o.o. and Castorama Polska sp. z o.o. (Decyzja Nr Dok 1/08),
decided before the
President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, on April 7, 2008.
Concerning unfair practices of fixing prices.
