The Common Law Society has an honor to invite You to participate in the Moot Court: Commercial Speech.
Pit your legal skills against a professional panel of judges, including Prof. Joseph Little, Prof. Francis Conte, Ks. Prof. Franciszek Longchamps de Berier, Attorney Wojciech Jaworski.
Main prize: Two Prestigious Internships at Warsaw Office of Allen & Overy!
The Moot Court Competition on the Commercial Speech is organised by the University of Warsaw Common Law Society in collaboration with the Center for American Law Studies and Allen & Overy Law Firm.
The Moot Court will be held during the First International Law in Action Conference: Commercial Speech that will take place on the 16th January 2009 (Friday) at the Old Library's Auditorium (Aula Starego BUWu).
The Moot Court has a form of a hearing before the Supreme Court of the United States. The participants will be revising the Court of Appeals decision through the procedure of certiorari.
All students are invited!
