"CALIFORNIAN SAME-SEX MARRIAGES LEGISLATION IN THE HUMAN RIGHTS PERSPECTIVE"

Our tutors will be:
Prof. Mirosław WYRZYKOWSKI - Judge of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal, and
Dr Adam BODNAR - Lecturer at University of Warsaw.
The workshop will be a comparative attempt to deal with an issue of same-sex marriages on the example of the US State of California. The Human Rights perspective will be adopted as well.
The case to be analysed is: The California Supreme Court: In re Marriage Cases (S147999).
