Can you translate this poem from polish to english?

I've done it, but I'm not sure is this right; >

So:
Nie potrafię, Nie chcę, Nie umiem
Żyć bez ciebie
W moim sercu pustką wieje
Gdy nie ma Cię obok
Życie jest jedno, a nas dwoje
Czemu miłości nie ma?
Moje serce pęka w szwach od ciepłego uczucia,
Do Ciebie, a ty po prostu tak to odrzucasz?
Nie potrafię, Nie chcę, Nie umiem
To prawdziwy,
Mój chemiczny Romans.

well what i think is that in polish it's a bit too idiomatic so if someone translated it literally it would sound either...

hmm I don't see the point - why you want to have this "poem" translated? it isn't any better in english than in polish.
