Koło Współpracy Polsko - Amerykańskiej (APAC) działające przy Instytucie Stosunków Międzynarodowych, Uniwersytet Warszawski, serdecznie zaprasza na spotkanie:

"Students in the XXI century. How to study in the American way?"

O różnych programach naukowych oferowanych przez amerykańskie organizacje i procedurach rekrutacyjnych opowiedzą nam zaproszeni goście:

- p. Aleksandra Augustyniak z Komisji Fulbrighta,

- p. Joseph A. Herter z Fundacji Kościuszkowskiej,

- p. Matthew Kwasiborski z The Fund for American Studies*

- Przedstawiciel Ambasady Stanów Zjednoczonych.

Spotkanie odbędzie się w poniedziałek 28 lutego o godz. 18.30

w siedzibie ISM, Aula Latynoamerykańska, ul. Żurawia 4.

Wstęp wolny.

Spotkanie odbędzie się w języku angielskim.


*The Fund for American Studies is an educational non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1967, the organizationâ's stated goal is to "prepare young people for honorable leadership by educating them in the theory, practice and benefits of a free society." The Fund for American Studies sponsors 11 collegiate academic programs. Nine Institutes are held each summer in Washington, D.C., the Czech Republic, Greece and Hong Kong. A tenth Institute is held during the fall and spring semesters in Washington, D.C. and an eleventh Institute is held in Athens, Greece during the fall. In addition to its summer and semester Institutes, TFAS sponsors other educational programs and conferences for professors and students throughout the year.
